Cancellation Policy
Please note: We require a deposit to reserve your appointment. This fee does go towards the amount of service(s) at time of checkout. Any cancellations done within the 24 hours will lose the deposit fee due to no shows or cancelled service(s). There are no refunds. If you are late you get a 5 to 10 minute grace period anything after that requires for you to rebook your service. We require this time especially for you so things do happen. Please be on time.
